About Janet Williams

Janet Williams RN MSN, BScN-Certified Professional Life and Wellness Coach

Janet knew she wanted to contribute after losing her first husband and father of her children to a motor vehicle accident; and her second husband to cancer within five weeks after diagnosis. Her life has been a journey of motivation, inspirement, and empowerment.

After working as a health care aide, Janet pursued her childhood dream of becoming a nurse; she graduated from Erwin Technical Center in Tampa Florida as a licensed practical nurse in 2001. She went on to earn her associate degree in nursing from Galen School of Nursing, St Petersburg, Florida in 2007; eight months after the tragic death of her first husband. She returned to her studies ten years later and completed her BScN at the University of Victoria. Janet graduated from Aspen University with her MSN in 2022, one month after the death of her husband. Janet’s life of trauma motivated her to live the rest of her life, the best of her life. In 2024, Janet completed the Certified Professional Life Coaching program at Canada Coach Academy. She has inspired, empowered, and motivated many along the way. With her years of experience in nursing and management, along with her lived experiences; she comes with a wealth of knowledge. Her passion is to motivate, empower, and improve well-being.
